Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas, age 48 of Ball Ground, GA unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Michelle was born on November 19th, 1970 in Montgomery, AL.

Her professional career was spent as an accountant but she would tell you that her full-time job was being a wife & mother. She enjoyed the beach, camping, & outdoor events with friends & family. Her greatest accomplishments & joys in her life were her family. Her love & devotion to her husband & especially her children was absolutely unconditional & will forever be embedded in their hearts & lives.

Michelle was preceded in death by her parents, Linda Kaye Beasley Waid, Johnny M. Beasley, & step-father Walter Waid. She is survived by her husband Rodney Thomas, her children Tory, Brody, Joshua (wife Erin), Wade (wife Kelsey), & Ryan. Granddaughters, Kayzli & Emory, grandson Aiden. brother, Scott Beasley (Jeff Wood) and sister, Kimberly Beasley (Keith Putman). As well as many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted Monday, June 3 at 9:00a, Lakeside Funeral Home Chapel, 121 Claremore Drive, Woodstock, GA 30188. Interment will follow at 11:00a, Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114. The family will receive friends Monday morning 8:00a to 9:00a at the funeral home.
