Maurice Michael Froy

It is with deep sorry and much love that we mourn the passing of Maurice Michael Froy. 

Maury, of Pendergrass, GA passed away peacefully, with his wife by his side, on July 8, 2025, at the age of 75. Maury battled heart issues for 30 years and adrenal gland cancer for 3 years.

Maury retired from Haverty's Furniture in 2023 after working in the furniture business for over 60 years. He also served in the Navy during the Vietnam war but fortunately was stationed in the United States.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Jerry and Joyce Froy, his Sister Fran Dolecki, and his daughter Brittany Kay Froy.

He is survived by his brother Bruce Froy (Karen), his wife Patricia "Patsy" Froy, his children Brian Froy (Courtney), Tiffany Froy and Rick Bowen, Jeremy Froy (Sarah), 8 grandchildren; Carson, Bradley, Xander, Aubrey, Brody, Tanner, Savannah and Broxton, and several nieces and nephews.

Maury’s sense of humor made everyone happy to be around him and he loved his family dearly.

His service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 11:00a at Crossroads Primitive Baptist Church, 940 Mount Vernon Hwy. Sandy Springs, GA 30327. The family will receive friends from 10:00a to 11:00a.

In lieu of flowers it was Maury's desire to have contributions made to The CDKL5 Foundation in honor of our Grandson Tanner Froy.
