Lynn Niles Graham

Ms. Lynn Niles Graham, age 50 of Dawsonville, GA passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Northside Hospital, Cumming, GA.

Lynn was an employee of Publix Supermarkets for approximately 20 years and was loved dearly by the Free Home community where she worked. Dedicated, determined and always looking for opportunities to bring our community together, her passion for people was displayed over and over again.

Many families benefited from her determination especially at Christmas when she raised hundreds of dollars from the associates at the Free Home Publix and quietly ask several local churches to distribute the money to people in need, never asking for any recognition.

She was a loving mother, daughter, and sister and was very proud of all of her family. A great cook that was not the least bit shy about that fact, Lynn also loved to visit Devils Lake but cared nothing about swimming.

Lynn was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Niles.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Powell of Dawsonville, mother Patricia Frank of Baraboo, WI; grandmother Virginia Richards, Baraboo, WI; brother John (Tracy) Niles, Baraboo, WI; Brother Robert (Erin) Niles, Sun Prairie, WI; sister, Beverly (Jason) Terry, Baraboo, WI. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A service to celebrate Lynn’s life will be conducted Wednesday, September 13th at 11 AM, Cherokee Christian Fellowship. 207 Marvin Land Lane, Canton, GA 30115. David Whitaker and Scott Huskins will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the service hour. A reception and lunch will immediately follow in the church fellowship hall.
