Louis Stanley Wiseman

Louis Stanley Wiseman, age 63, of Newland, NC passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

He is survived by his father Jack Wiseman, children Jessica, Lindsay, and Jacob, sisters Lana and Susan, brothers Dick and Jay, and many dear nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Louis loved golf and basketball, the Celtics and Tar Heels among his favorite teams. He also had a great love for music. He lived a life filled with the sounds of The Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Tony Rice. To those who knew him well, Louis will be most remembered for his ability to tell a great joke or funny story, creating laughter in the lives around him. There was never a dull moment when you were in his presence.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann, and his brother Lance, both of whom he loved very much. It is a comfort to know he is reunited with them in eternity.
