Kashiben G. Dalwadi, mother of Mukesh Dalwadi, Tamana Dalwadi, Vijay Dalwadi, and Dilip Dalwadi, passed away peacefully early morning on March 11, 2020. She was born July 4, 1939 in Sureli, India and moved to Nadiad, India in 1958 after marrying her husband, Ghanshyambhai Dalwadi, where she went on to help raise her family and devote her time to serving others and the local temple. She became widowed March of 1979 with her oldest son, Mukesh, being 17 and the youngest, Dilip, being 10 years old. Despite the pain of losing her soulmate, she showed great strength in raising her four children. Never remarrying and maintaining a strong respectable position in society. In 2001, she moved to the US to live with her middle son, Vijay, and help raise his family with the same grace and high standards as her own.
She was a very humble woman who dedicated over half her life to God and the mandir. When she wasn't tending to worship, she tended to her family. She was a remarkable homemaker. Ensuring her family had enough to eat, giving crucial advice, and, most importantly, passing along her culture and traditions to the next generation. All her friends and family will miss her dearly. Solace can be found in that she is now reunited with her husband.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday morning, March 15 at 10am at Lakeside Chapel, 121 Claremore Dr. Woodstock, GA 30188.
