Dennis Marvin Martin

Mr. Dennis Marvin (Denny) Martin, age 76, of Roswell, GA passed away peacefully on August 14, 2021 in Cumming, GA.

He was born January 6, 1945, the son of the late Benjamin Dennis Martin and Tommie Westbrook Martin of Roswell. Denny graduated from Roswell High School in 1963, and a long time member of Roswell First Baptist Church.  He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force Reserves in 1965. After many years of employment, Denny retired from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. in March 2011. 

He is preceded in death by his brother Ronald Bruce (Ronnie) Martin of Roswell, Ga. He is survived by his twin brother, Ben Martin and wife Gwen of Cumming, sisters, Linda Martin Peterson and husband Jeff of East Cobb and Beverly Martin Lovell and husband Tom of Spring, Texas. He leaves behind a niece, Madeline Wright Rivero and husband Sergio of Kansas City MO, and nephews Brian Martin of San Antonio, TX, Stacey Wright and wife Beth of Kennesaw, along with many great-nieces and great-nephews and devoted friends.

The Martin family is devastated by the lose of their beloved brother. Denny touched the lives of many people and will be deeply missed by his family and friends..

Graveside service will be on Tuesday, August 17, at 12:00 PM at Green Lawn Cemetery, 950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076. The family will receive friends on August 17, from 9a to 11a at Lakeside Funeral Home, 121 Claremore, Drive, #5203, Woodstock, Ga. 30188.
