Chester "Chet" Budkoski, Jr.

Mr. Chester "Chet" Budkoski, Jr. of Marietta Georgia passed away Monday, April 23, 2018. Chet was proceeded in death by his parents Chester Budkoski, Sr. and Tommie as well as his sister Deidre.

Chet is survived by his wife Diane Budkoski, son Chad Budkoski, daughter Amanda Bauder (David), and Step children Beth Bush (Rob), Adam Pritchard (Rebecca), Nathan Pritchard, and Melanie Wegner (Kyle), and brother Jeff Budkoski (Brenda Diane). As well as his ten grandchildren: Noah, Stella, and Lance Budkoski; Skyla and Minka Bush; Zachary, Samuel, and Audrey Pritchard; Wesley and Maxen Wegner.

Chet served in the U.S. Army, retired from Bellsouth/A.T.&T. after 37 years, and was a handyman. He was known as the life of most parties. One of his favorite quotes, "be excellent to each other" from Bill and Ted's excellent adventure is an expression of his life. He loved his family, cheese grits, and serving in children's church.

There will be a celebration of life at Lakeside Funeral Home Chapel, 121 Claremore Drive, Woodstock, GA on Thursday April 26th at 11a. The family will be receiving visitors at 10a. An interment service will be held at 1:30p on Thursday, April 26th at Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA.
