Beatriz Wilches-Vanegas

Beatriz Wilches-Vanegas, 81, of Alpharetta, GA, passed away on January 21, 2020 with her family by her side. She was born in Bogota, Colombia to her parents José Wilches and Carmen Wilches on November 28, 1938. The funeral service is scheduled for January 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm at 535 Rucker RD, Alpharetta, GA 30004 at Saint Thomas of Aquinas Catholic Church, which will be then be followed by a small reception with family and friends.

Beatriz is predeceased by her beloved husband Alberto Vanegas, of whom she shared 19 beautiful years of marriage in Bogota, Colombia. She later relocated to New Jersey for fifteen years, eventually settling down in Georgia.

Beatriz's is survived by her children Martha, Adriana, Ricardo and Mauricio, her grandchildren Carolina, Sonia, Francisco, Franchesca, Camilo, Briant and Nicolas, her great grandchildren Isabella, Valerie, Fabian, Sebastián and five furry friends Maya, Charlie, Odie, Toby and Diamond.

Her family, friends and acquaintances are left with hearts full of gratitude, as well as beautiful memories.
