Lester Cooper Obituary

Mr. Lester Bruce Cooper, age 91, of Cumming, GA passed away on March 16, 2024.

He is survived by his beloved wife Elaine of 71 years, two daughters Kathleen Hoelzer, Diane Slaughter, and two granddaughters Lauren and Kara Slaughter. Also left behind are his loving sister Loretta and brother Harry.

He is now reunited with his son David in heaven whom passed away in 2016.

A native Pennsylvanian he met his wife at church camp and he was a good Christian man who spent many years in the church choir sharing his blessed voice from the time of his youth. He proudly served our country in the United States Navy and was awarded a Good Conduct Medal & National Defense Service Medal.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations for a charity of your choice or to Tunnel to Towers Foundation that Lester supported would be appreciated.
